Some days are meant to be savored.
Â
We’ve planned our wedding as an evening rather than a rigid schedule—a chance to arrive, settle in, celebrate, and enjoy being together. The entire celebration will take place outdoors, surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. Come ready for a beautiful evening, but don’t worry too much about watching the clock.
The best parts of the story tend to happen somewhere in between.
Schedule for the Evening
Â
4:00 PM - Cocktails & Hors d’Oeuvres
Arrive early, settle in, and enjoy a cocktail while friends and family gather. Our two signature drinks will be waiting, along with hors d’oeuvres and plenty of time to catch up.
Â
This is your chance to relax before the ceremony begins.
Cocktails, conversation, and a little anticipation.
5:00 PM -Â The Ceremony
As the afternoon begins to fade into evening, we’ll gather together for the moment we’ve been waiting for. It will be the shortest part of the evening.
Â
And, we hope, the part we remember most.
After the Ceremony -Â Dinner & Reception
Join us for dinner, drinks, dancing, toasts, laughter, and all the moments that happen when the people you love most are gathered in one place.
Â
There will be plenty of time to eat, celebrate, and make a few memories of your own.
No rushing.
No over-scheduling.
Just a good evening with good people.
Later in the Evening -Â Around the Fire
When the reception winds down, the night isn’t over.
We’ll head to the bonfire on the property, and everyone is invited.
Pull up a chair. Grab another drink. Bring a blanket. Tell a story. Listen to one. Stay for ten minutes or stay until the fire burns low.
There’s no formal ending to this part of the evening.
Â
We rather like the idea of letting the night decide when the story takes us.
The Wedding Day
A Day Worth Remembering

It’s Outside
The entire celebration will take place outdoors, so please dress with the weather in mind.
Comfortable shoes are highly encouraged. There will be grass, uneven ground, and all the other charming features that come with celebrating outside.
Signature Cocktails
There will be two signature cocktails—one for Kristin and one for Aedan—along with dinner, drinks, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.
A Few Things to Know
Most importantly, come ready to celebrate.
Come Ready to Stay
Â
Once you arrive, we hope you’ll settle in and stay awhile.
The evening is designed to unfold naturally, with time to visit, eat, dance, and enjoy the people around you.
The schedule is relaxed, so please enjoy yourself.
And Yes, There Will Be a Fire
The bonfire is open to everyone and is part of the celebration—not an invitation to make an early escape. Bring a sports / camping chair and join us.
